- Offensive or abusive language directed at individuals or groups
D. Platform Abuse
- Attempting to manipulate rankings, visibility, or search results
- Unauthorized data scraping or system interference
- Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement
4. Listings & Campaign Standards
Sellers and campaign creators must:
- Accurately describe offerings and pricing
- Clearly disclose fulfillment timelines and limitations
- Avoid prohibited or misleading promotional practices
NexusMart reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these standards.
5. Enforcement
NexusMart may take enforcement action including:
- Content removal or modification
- Listing or campaign suspension
- Account suspension or termination
- Withholding of payouts where applicable
Enforcement decisions are made at NexusMart’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations by contacting NexusMart Support.
Reports should include sufficient detail to allow review and investigation.
7. Relationship Clarification
Nothing in these Guidelines creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between NexusMart (or 13710645 Canada Ltd.) and any user.
8. Updates to Guidelines
These Guidelines may be updated periodically.
