NexusMart is a commercial marketplace and services platform operated by 13710645 Canada Ltd., similar in function to an online marketplace. NexusMart enables a wide range of transactions, including B2C and B2B marketplace sales, direct sales by NexusMart, commercial campaigns and presales, and business services.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions conducted through NexusMart, unless a more specific policy or agreement states otherwise.

Plain‑English Summary (Important)

Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased and who sold it.

  • Some items are refundable, some are not.
  • Some transactions involve future delivery.
  • Always review the product, service, or campaign page before purchasing.

NexusMart facilitates transactions and enforces platform rules, but fulfillment and refund responsibility may rest with the seller.

1. Platform Role & Seller Identification

Depending on the transaction, NexusMart may act as:

  • A marketplace facilitator between buyers and third‑party sellers
  • A transaction and payment intermediary
  • The direct seller, including for NexusMart‑owned or dropshipped products

Refund and cancellation rights vary based on:

  • The type of transaction
  • Whether the seller is NexusMart or a third‑party business
  • The nature of the product or service offered

2. Scope & Transaction Types

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for:

A. Marketplace Sales (Third‑Party Sellers)

  • Physical products
  • Digital products
  • Services offered by independent businesses

B. NexusMart Direct Sales

  • Products sold directly by NexusMart
  • Dropshipped items fulfilled by NexusMart partners

C. Commercial Campaigns & Presales

  • Presale campaigns
  • Gift cards, credits, and vouchers
  • Prepaid services or experiences
  • Sponsorships and commercial placements

D. Business & B2B Services

  • Business services listed on the platform
  • B2B service fees and bill‑payment facilitation (where enabled)

3. General Refund Principles

Unless otherwise stated on a specific listing, service page, or campaign page:

  • Refunds are not automatic
  • Refund eligibility depends on the product or service type
  • Fulfillment timelines, refund terms, and cancellation rights must be reviewed before purchase

Certain items may be clearly marked as:

  • Final sale
  • Non‑refundable
  • Non‑cancellable once processing has begun

These designations will always be disclosed at or before checkout.

4. Marketplace Sales (Third‑Party Sellers)

4.1 Seller Responsibility

For marketplace listings sold by third‑party businesses:

  • The seller is responsible for fulfillment, returns, refunds, and after‑sale support
  • Refund and return terms are set by the seller and disclosed on the listing

NexusMart:

  • Facilitates the transaction
  • Provides dispute escalation and compliance oversight
  • Is not the manufacturer or service provider unless explicitly stated

4.2 Refund Requests

Refund requests must:

  • Follow the seller’s stated refund or return policy
  • Meet the seller’s eligibility conditions

NexusMart may intervene if:

  • A seller fails to respond
  • There is evidence of misrepresentation or non‑delivery
  • Platform rules or applicable consumer protection laws are implicated

5. NexusMart Direct Sales (Including Dropshipping)

For products sold directly by NexusMart:

  • Refund eligibility will be disclosed on the product page
  • Physical goods may be eligible for return subject to:
    • Condition of the item
    • Return timeframes
    • Shipping and handling requirements

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable
  • Custom, perishable, or digital goods are non‑refundable once processing has begun

6. Commercial Campaigns & Presales

Commercial campaigns and presales involve future delivery of goods, services, or value.

By participating, buyers acknowledge that:

  • Delivery occurs after the campaign concludes
  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Production, sourcing, regulatory, or logistical delays may occur

6.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

  • The campaign is cancelled by the creator
  • The creator fails to deliver and does not offer a reasonable resolution
  • A legal, regulatory, or compliance issue requires termination

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delays disclosed within the campaign timeline
  • Minor design, packaging, or specification changes

7. Credits, Gift Cards, & Vouchers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Credits, gift cards, and vouchers are non‑refundable once issued
  • Expiry dates, if any, will be clearly disclosed
  • Credits are redeemable only under the terms stated at purchase

8. Business Services & B2B Payments

For business services and B2B payment facilitation:

  • Fees related to processing, facilitation, or completed services are generally non‑refundable
  • Refund eligibility depends on whether the service has already been rendered or initiated

Specific terms will be disclosed on the relevant service page or agreement.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations:

  • Must comply with the seller’s or service provider’s stated terms
  • May not be possible once fulfillment, delivery, or processing has begun

Where cancellation is permitted, any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

10. Disputes & Resolution

If a dispute arises:

  1. Contact the seller or service provider directly
  2. If unresolved, escalate the issue to NexusMart Support
  3. Provide supporting documentation if requested

NexusMart reserves the right to:

  • Suspend listings or sellers
  • Withhold payouts
  • Require corrective actions

11. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting NexusMart may:

  • Delay resolution
  • Result in account restrictions
  • Lead to suspension or removal from the platform

NexusMart will respond to chargebacks using transaction records, disclosures, and platform policies.

12. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically.

Continued use of NexusMart constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
