NexusMart is a commercial marketplace and services platform operated by 13710645 Canada Ltd. These Supporter & Sponsor Terms (“Terms”) govern the purchase of sponsorships, promotional placements, featured listings, and other paid support opportunities offered through NexusMart.
These Terms apply to individuals and businesses (“Supporters” or “Sponsors”) who purchase or participate in paid promotional or support offerings on NexusMart.
1. Nature of Support & Sponsorships
Supporter and sponsor transactions on NexusMart are commercial transactions, not donations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Support or sponsorship may include:
- Sponsored listings or placements
- Promotional exposure or visibility
- Campaign sponsorships
- Other paid support opportunities disclosed at purchase
Support does not guarantee business outcomes, sales performance, traffic levels, or financial results beyond what is explicitly described.
2. Platform Role
Depending on the offering, NexusMart may act as:
- A marketplace facilitator connecting sponsors with sellers or campaigns
- A transaction and payment intermediary
- The direct seller of sponsorship or promotional services
Unless explicitly stated, NexusMart does not act as an agent or partner of sponsored sellers or campaigns.
3. Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors agree to:
- Review all disclosures before purchase
- Provide accurate billing and business information
- Use sponsorships in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
- Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unlawful promotional content
NexusMart reserves the right to reject or remove sponsorship content that violates platform policies or legal requirements.
4. Fees, Payments & Billing
- Sponsorship fees are disclosed prior to purchase
- All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout
- Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction and transaction type
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the NexusMart Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Sponsorships are non-refundable once active
- Unused or partially used sponsorships may not be eligible for refund
6. Modifications & Availability
NexusMart may:
- Modify sponsorship offerings
- Adjust availability, placement, or format
- Discontinue sponsorship programs at its discretion
Where material changes occur after purchase, NexusMart will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- NexusMart is not responsible for the commercial success of sponsored content
- Liability is limited in accordance with the NexusMart Terms of Service
8. Relationship Clarification
Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between NexusMart and any Supporter, Sponsor, Seller, or Campaign Creator.

These Terms operate alongside:

- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Community Guidelines
In the event of conflict, the NexusMart Terms of Service prevail.
